Melbourne and Victoria enjoys a well structured provision of government funded and affordable medical and health care services through its network of shire based Community Health Centres.
The ethos of these services is to provide appropriate primary health and welfare resources and services through a multidisciplinary approach to community health ensuring those in need have access to the range of services provided without cost or impediment .
